A lifelong resident of Northeast Spokane, Jonathan Bingle grew up in Spokane. He graduated from Rogers High School and studied at Spokane Falls Community College. Jonathan has owned and run his small business in Spokane for 15 years. Being a small business owner has allowed many opportunities for community service, relationship building, and charitable involvement throughout Spokane
Jonathan will always support families, local businesses and positive growth in Northeast Spokane, especially as the community continues to deal with the effects of runaway inflation.
Jonathan is committed to making Spokane the best place to live, work, and raise a family, just as he is doing with his wife Christina and their three children Samuel, Levi, and Lily.
Jonathan has worked to bring common sense to the Spokane City Council. Jonathan’s priorities have been heavily focused on public safety, homelessness, housing, and protecting Northeast Spokane’s economic development. He will continue to give our first responders the support and funding they need to keep our neighborhoods safe.
As a city councilmember, Jonathan coauthored legislation that made open drug use and possession illegal in Spokane, coauthored legislation that made our parks safer at night, and fought for lower income households by opposing unnecessary tax hikes, rate increases, and raises for city councilmembers.
